Kip Dieckhaus started Guru Lawn and Landscape in 1996 with nothing more than a single lawn mower balanced precariously on the back end of his rebuilt 1985 Chevrolet Caprice. In ten years, he has grown into one of Missoula’s finest full service landscaping companies with a fleet of four trucks, three trailers, six professional mowers including two 48 inch Bobcats, and all of the equipment necessary to produce stunning commercial and residential landscapes. Kip prides himself on the rapport he establishes with his clients, firmly believing “If you take care of the client, the client will take care of you.” Often tagged with the epithet The Perfectionist, he admits to staying late into the evening on many occasions to ensure the complete satisfaction of his clients. This steadfast determination for customer service is what has propelled Guru Lawn and Landscape to the top of Western Montana’s landscaping industry.
